The CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development) suggest 7 steps for organisations to consider when seeking to incorporate and develop neurodivergent talent. The diagram above illustrates a training and development pathway that aligns with the 7 steps:

2. Create an open and supportive culture where people feel comfortable talking about neurodiversity.
3. Proactively consider neurodiversity in all management interactions.
